Call this morning because my premium went up on my employer plan a woman named Elicia Arce to my home to look at plans, the reason I want to give a wonderful review is because she could not top the plan. I stopped in here in the fall of 2023 for advice on a Medicare plan. Being new to California and to Medicare, I was completely confused. I had an appointment and was interviewed as to what I needed as far as my medical needs. A little research was done on the computer by Jeremy and a brochure was pulled out and presented to me. Trusting him completely, I signed up for that plan and it's been the best medical plan that I've had in years. Being so disillusioned, this really gave me the warm and fuzzies. Thank you so much for helping me make this important decision and not only helping me, but helping guide me in the perfect direction.
