I very happy with my agent Courtney. It has been a pain trying to speak with machines, and with people who you do not understand. When I called before to Aetna I wasn't getting the right answers. I got Courtney as an agent my nerves have been so much better she is the best. I have referred her to so many others. Please continue to hire more agents like her who care about us older people. ️
