Customer service was outstanding from start to finish—friendly, knowledgeable, and always quick to respond. It’s rare to find a company that genuinely cares about its clients like this.

While I haven’t personally used Idaho Summit Insurance’s services, I’m in a group with Shannon and have been consistently impressed by her professionalism, thoughtfulness, and commitment to helping others. If those qualities are any reflection of the way she and her team run the business, then clients are in excellent hands. Met with Shannon to discuss medical insurance options. When we switch we will be saving thousands for myself and wife a month. And it was a fairly compatible plan. She is extremely knowledgeable in what she offers.

Shannon is knowledgeable, helpful, and great at communicating.
