I love how Yen (Jessica) truly works with heart. She’s been helping me with Medicare for a while, and I can feel she really cares about me—not the money. I’ve known her since she first started. She even helped my friend fix a mess left by a previous agent who took the commission and disappeared. Yen knew she wouldn’t get paid for it, but she still spent so much time making sure everything was right. That kind of heart is hard to find."
