Ive used Steven several times now for our healthcare & recently transitioned to Medicare. I was so overwhelmed and apprehensive when l walked into his office, but because of his patience & ability to clarify & help me untangle all the choices l had in front of me, l left feeling self assured & very at ease that I'd made the right choices for me. Theres never any pressure or manipulation working with Steven. Just sincerity & concern, and who wouldnt appreciate that?

WOW! Blown away! Thanks, Steve, for making my intro to Medicare short and sweet. I was feeling overwhelmed, this being my first year of retirement, and I had no idea what to do, even though I thought I was pretty smart. This Medicare and Social Security journey is no joke and not to be taken lightly. You made it easier to understand and helped me make great choices to fit my needs. Steven at SMS has been a real blessing. His knowledge and expertise along with his patience is exactly what I needed to figure out the incredibly complex maze that supplemental insurance presents.
