What is the difference between a life insurance agent and a life insurance broker?

Answered by 1 licensed agent

AN agent is specific to one agency, they can offer products outside of that one agency, a broker however, can offer products from multiple different companies and they work better for the client since they are able to shop around with different companies for the best rates.
